AsWholesale Development Executive, you will
- Co-develop and ideate Wholesale Channel programs and initiatives.
- Execute planned activities, experiments and tests in coordination with key stakeholders (i.e HQ project team and regional teams) to ensure on time and quality execution of project plans. Prepare necessary project briefs and cascades to key stakeholders.
- Generate, validate, and disburse rewards or incentives to region/field sales teams. Monitor budget utilization accordingly.
- Manage Third Party Resource, if necessary to be outsourced for the execution of Wholesale initiatives.
- Track project progress according to agreed metrics and KPIs. Process and analyze results based on data corroborated with field insights and ensure timely communication to key stakeholders.
- Collect feedback from field sales team on digital, E-Commerce, B2B and other trade activities in the market for benchmarking or development of counter-initiatives, when necessary.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You must have a bachelor's degree, and minimum of three (3) years of experience in Field Sales with experience in leading nationwide project execution/management. General Trade experience is preferred.
