Preventive Maintenance Technician

Minimum Requirements:

  • Graduate of tech-voc course with SMAW NC II or any welding certification
  • With at least 6 months to 1 year work experience in welding works
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule

Job Overview:

  • Carry out machine troubleshooting and machine preventive maintenance on all the machines, equipment, facilities and other utilities
  • Carry out fabrication and other activities
  • Ensure his personal safety and his co-workers in operating the machines by regularly checking the condition of all the safety devices, reporting unsafe acts and unsafe conditions, following the standard operating procedures
  • Immediately report all safety, quality, machine and other related abnormalities he encountered in operating the machine to his superior.
  • Assures good product quality by strictly complying with the standard operating procedures and control plans and by immediately stopping the machine upon the discovery of abnormal product.
  • Maintains good 5S in his working area.
  • Participates in all Safety, Quality, Productivity and cost improvement activities
