  • Process monthly, semi monthly and weekly payroll of the Group.
  • Process last payroll computation for outgoing employees and validates supporting documents relative to the computation
  • Assist the accounting team in generating payroll accounting entries for posting to the accounting books of records.
  • Assist the Accounting team in the preparation of compensation tax returns.
  • Maintain database relative to preparation and filing of annualized compensation records to regulators.
  • Assist HR Team in resolving and addressing employee concerns relative to payroll.
  • Prepare and accomplish employee income tax returns (BIR form 2316) for filing to the BIR 8. Monitors and maintains records of employees salary allowances. 9. Performs task as mandated by Group Finance Controller and Management.
