About the job Direct Sales Associate

We are looking for a Direct Sales Associate (Loan Specialist) who will report directly to the Direct Sales Managers. The new team member is responsible for bringing in new clients, maintaining, good relationship to existing clients and proactively seeking for referral accounts.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt assistance to the client with their inquiries.
  • Able to bring in and retain New Clients consistently every month.
  • Maintain and grow relationship with existing customer base.
  • Able to submit and compile client applications in a timely manner.
  • Must be effective in converting potential leads into actual clients.
  • Able to anticipate the needs of the client and address it accordingly.
  • Tirelessly follow up on customers application as necessary.
