  • Compute monthly remittance of withholding taxes on compensation and prepare annual alpha-listing of employees; ad ensure on-time electronic and had copy report submission to the BIR.

  • Prepare journal entries, request for payment and supporting schedule related to payroll, benefits, reimbursements, employee deductions, incentives and employer share on Government contributions, and monthly accruals as necessary.

  • Evaluates all invoices for proper documentation and prepare Cash / check vouchers.

  • Ensures that all transactions related to Account Payable must be recorded in the system and performed in accordance with the company policies and procedures.

  • Has Knowledge and experience in taxation, payroll accounting, account receivables and account payable.

  • Handle basic office tasks such as filing, updating databases, scanning documents and other clerical works.

  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by his/her superiors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
