Requirements:

  • Must be a Bachelor's Degree holder

  • Must have attained a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing Management and other related course

  • At least 3 to 4 years work experience in marketing, advertising or related field that focuses on the IT industry

  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients

  • Experience in digital marketing is a plus

  • Filipino Citizen or holds a relevant residence status

Job Description:

Strategic Marketing

  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of current market trends and developments that focuses on the promotion of IT-related services

  • Apply customer and market insights combined with creative thinking to define and shape the business proposition to maximize appeal and relevance within the local market

  • Develop the marketing strategy including product development, pricing, multichannel communications plans and client engagement

  • Monitoring competitor activity to identify opportunities for strategic business decisions

Marketing Execution

  • Implement advertising, communications, and activities to support client retention

  • Develop and execute effective PR initiatives across digital and off-line channels which build positive brand awareness

  • Contribute to the company website including content and customer experience and the company's social media channels

Relationship Management

  • Develop effective client engagement programs and regularly interact with clients to build insights and positive relationships

  • Work collaboratively with various departments, contribute to sharing of best practice

Other

  • Set agenda, chair and minute fortnightly internal strategic marketing meetings with the Management Committee

  • Any other duties, as required regularly or occasionally, to ensure the smooth running of the marketing function of the Company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php30,000.00 per month
