We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Partnerships and Publishing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll support the success of leading automotive eCommerce brands such as AmericanMuscle, AmericanTrucks, ExtremeTerrain, and by managing sponsorship deals, overseeing outreach efforts, and publishing high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage paid advertising and sponsorship deals across multiple websites.
  • Conduct outreach to website owners, negotiate placements, and secure high-quality links.
  • Use Buzzstream to manage communication pipelines and campaign follow-ups.
  • Publish and format content using CMS tools, ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
  • Monitor and report on deliverables to ensure each sponsorship agreement meets its objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external publishers and act as the primary account manager.
  • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure link placements and content adhere to brand standards.
  • Support SEO initiatives by promoting new blog content and acquiring inbound links.
  • Collaborate with your manager to finalize deal terms, including expiration, payment schedules, and scope.
  • Provide consistent reporting on project status and performance metrics.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Proven experience in outreach, partnership management, or digital PR
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using Buzzstream or similar outreach/CRM platforms
  • Proficient with content management systems (CMS) for publishing and formatting content
  • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and link-building best practices
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of juggling multiple projects at once
  • Detail-oriented, with a commitment to quality assurance and delivering high standards
  • Ability to work independently and solve issues proactively

Preferred/Good to Have:

  • Interest or experience in the automotive industry
  • Familiarity with blog content promotion or content syndication strategies
  • Prior experience managing partnerships or influencer relationships
  • Basic knowledge of reporting tools and outreach analytics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php55,000.00 per month
