Job Summary

We are looking for a Cost Control Manager who will ensure the hotel and restaurant's financial efficiency by closely monitoring food, beverage, and operational expenses. The role involves overseeing purchasing, inventory, and consumption to make sure all costs are accurately recorded and aligned with company standards and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control food, beverage, and operational costs across hotel and restaurant operations.

  • Track inventory, purchasing, and consumption to avoid waste and losses.

  • Implement cost-saving strategies and ensure compliance with internal policies.

  • Conduct regular audits of stock, pricing, and supplier invoices.

  • Coordinate with kitchen, purchasing, and finance departments for accurate costing and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or any related field.

  • Experience in F&B cost control and/or banquet operations.

  • Background in hotel and restaurant operations is required.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Menu engineering and recipe costing

  • Data analysis and reporting

  • Knowledge of POS and inventory management systems

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

  • Integrity, attention to detail, and audit-focused mindset
