Job Summary:

The Accounts Receivable Staff is responsible for monitoring, recording, and processing customer payments and ensuring timely collection of all receivables. The role ensures accuracy in all billing and payment transactions and supports the company's cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue invoices and billing statements to customers.
  • Verify the accuracy of billing details before sending to clients.
  • Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Record all incoming payments in the accounting system accurately.
  • Prepare Aging of Receivables Report and other related financial reports on a weekly or monthly basis.
  • Coordinate with the sales or operations team regarding billing disputes or discrepancies.
  • Perform account reconciliations and maintain proper documentation.
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of financial data.
  • Comply with company accounting policies and relevant financial regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting. Open for fresh graduate
  • Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information responsibly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
