Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a
Production Supervisor.
The Production Supervisor will be in charge of ensuring the efficient and effective operations of the assigned line/s following the implementation applicable of maintenance, quality, occupational safety and line HR systems, anchored with business needs and objectives.

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

• Lead the Production Line Team by ensuring production operations within the prescribed production plan and established standards – including but not limited to, process & product quality, machine maintenance, and cost – and ensure operational compliance based on key performance indicators and key results areas, as aligned with business objectives and business needs;
• Supervise the end-to-end resource management and inventory control, and prepare variance analyses & loss mapping action planning & monitoring of the assigned line/s;
• Ensure implementation of policies and internal memorandum; and align with updates on implemented policies and standards related but not limited to EHS Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment, Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), HACCP, HALAL, and FSSC; and as in the case may be, form part of the Internal Audit team and ensure compliance on, established management systems mentioned;
• Conduct daily inspection of the line and ensure compliance to implemented safety and quality systems & standards, as mentioned;
• Participate in production planning, and prepare job requests, and work schedules & coordinate materials requisition based on weekly production plan;
• Monitor strategic planning activities, and execution of plans and programs of the line;
• Collate and submit daily reports; and participate in investigation of major machine breakdowns & other non-conformities, and preventive maintenance planning;
• Perform assigned tasks for subordinates including, but not limited to, talent management, employee discipline, policy administration, and performance & goals management; and participate in talent acquisition processes, as needed

What are the Qualifications?

• Graduate of any engineering course, Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or Electronics Engineering; license and/or certification, or graduate studies, preferably related to relevant Engineering field, are advantages;
• With at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing industry, 1 year of which in supervisory capacity; experience in food and beverage manufacturing is an advantage;
• With proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Teams, at minimum), and SAP;
