Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualization and Execution: Lead the design, creation, and deployment of high-quality Trade Merchandise Displays, Point-of-Sale Materials, and overall store visual merchandising.
  • Product Launch Support: Drive continuous, high-level creative input for displays supporting the launch of every HONOR Hero product or new phone model.
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis and comparison of current designs against previous display performance to identify opportunities for improvement and refinement.
  • Industry Compliance: Maintain current knowledge of the industry's best practices in retail and trade marketing to ensure strategies are innovative and effective.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education
  • A College Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree is required, with a major in Marketing or an equivalent field highly preferred.
  • Acceptable equivalent fields of study include Business Administration, Communications, or any business-related field.
Experience
  • A minimum of relevant professional experience in retail marketing, visual merchandising, or graphic design is essential.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in trade marketing or retail marketing is required.
  • Prior experience in mobile phone or electronics retail industry is preferred but not required.
Skills and Attributes
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in Editing Software Tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or similar industry-standard programs).
  • Proficiency in any Adobe Creative Suite programmes is acceptable, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or After Effects.
  • Creativity: Possesses a strong creative mind and an acute visual or "creative eye" for aesthetics, layout, and consumer engagement.
