Job Description

Cepat Kredit Financing, Inc. is looking for a Trade Relations Officer to manage and strengthen relationships with trade partners and loan consultants. This role plays a key part in supporting business growth by ensuring strong partner engagement, smooth coordination, and consistent service delivery aligned with company standards.

The ideal candidate has experience in partner relations, sales support, or account management, preferably within the financing, lending, banking, or financial services industry.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain strong working relationships with trade partners and loan consultants
  • Monitor partner performance and provide regular coordination, feedback, and support
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing, releases, and issue resolution
  • Conduct orientations and provide guidance to partners on products, processes, and policies
  • Assist in identifying performance gaps and recommend improvement actions
  • Address and resolve trade partner and client concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare regular reports on trade partner performance, concerns, and market feedback
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in trade relations, partner management, sales support, or account management
  • Experience in a financing, lending, banking, or financial services company is an advantage
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Good coordination, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic reporting tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to do fieldwork when required
