Responsibilities: • Support planning and execution of trade marketing campaigns. • Coordinate production and distribution of marketing materials (POS displays, brochures, signage). • Conduct market research on customer behavior, trends, and competitors. • Ensure in-store campaigns are executed effectively, including merchandising and promotions. • Monitor compliance with branding and campaign guidelines in retail outlets. • Collaborate with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. • Assist in planning and running joint promotions with channel partners. • Track and report trade marketing expenses. • Analyze campaign performance, prepare ROI reports, and identify improvements. • Work closely with sales and marketing to align strategies and objectives. • Support product launches and promotional activities. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. • Minimum 2 years’ experience in trade marketing, sales support, or similar, preferably in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods. • Solid understanding of trade marketing principles and retail operations. • Skilled in data analysis and reporting tools. • Strong organizational and project management abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Detail-oriented with creative problem-solving skills.
