The Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer will be responsible for developing and supporting websites across Manulife Asia using the Adobe platform. The role includes designing site structure, custom components, workflows, and performing system enhancements to ensure excellent performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and configure web content management solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing user requirements and provide technical estimates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional or technical AEM issues.
  • Maintain and document all development tasks and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with systems development standards and operational SLAs.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality solutions using Agile and DevOps practices.
  • Mentor and support new team members, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in AEM development.
  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, LESS, SASS, Handlebars, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Strong understanding of AEM building blocks (Sightly/HTL, XML, templates, dialogs, policies).
  • Experience in Java/J2EE, Spring, Sling, JSP, OSGi, and Maven.
  • Familiarity with web development technologies and workflow customization.
  • Hands-on experience with AEM content packages and component development.
