About the role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team at EFB GEOSTRUKT INC' as a Project Manager. In this full-time role, you will be based in San Pedro City Laguna, overseeing the successful delivery of civil engineering projects. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our strategic goals and expanding our presence in the industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects from start to finish
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
  • Oversee the work of technical and support staff, providing guidance and mentorship as needed
  • Analyse project data, identify risks and challenges, and implement effective mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and other project documentation as required
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and Licensed Civil Engineer
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager Civil Engineer, with a proven track record of successful project management
  • Proficient in the use of engineering software, design tools, and project management software
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
  • Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in the San Pedro City Laguna area
  • Certification as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or equivalent is highly desirable
