  8. Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
  9. Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
  10. Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a Professional License (Passed Board/RLA)
  • Has at least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Possess skills in modeling using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other render technology
  • With honest and discreet attitude when dealing with work
  • Must be able to balance technical skills and creative aptitude in a fast-paced environment.
