What is your mission?

We are looking for a Sr. General Ledger Accountant to lead month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting for both B2B and e-commerce channels. This role covers AR/AP management, US GAAP compliance, ERP system support, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting. Ideal for accountants with strong retail or e-commerce experience and a passion for process improvement and financial accuracy.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Lead and execute month-end and year-end close processes accurately and on time.
  • Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
  • Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations with high accuracy.
  • Manage and support Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.
  • Monitor and reconcile B2C transactions (Shopify, Amazon) and B2B sales (Target, Walmart, Costco).
  • Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with the finance team on US GAAP compliance.
  • Support NetSuite Oracle ERP implementation and ensure accurate data migration.
  • Assist with audits, tax filings, and ad hoc financial analysis.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA qualification is a plus)
  • 5+ years' experience in general ledger accounting and reconciliations.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
  • Experience in e-commerce or retail accounting (Amazon, Shopify preferred).
  • Hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite highly preferred).
