We are looking for an experienced Marketing Consultant to help strengthen our market presence and drive growth in the BPO and offshoring industry. This is a remote, part-time role with the flexibility to work on your own schedule — perfect for seasoned marketers who want to make an impact while maintaining work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies tailored to the BPO and offshoring market.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, content marketing, and paid advertising channels.
  • Work with Lead Generation consultants to drive strategies
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies.
  • Build brand visibility through partnerships, events, and PR initiatives.
Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of marketing experience in the BPO or offshoring industry (required).
  • Deep understanding of outsourcing trends, buyer personas, and global market dynamics.
  • Proven track record in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, or similar) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Self-driven, strategic thinker with the ability to work independently.
