-Must be highly analytical and able to identify issues, determines alternative course of action, and charts the best course of action after relating and measuring costs, pros and cons of possible alternatives.

-Able to carry out work assignment in the field.

-Able to maintain stable performance despite work pressures and/or oppositions.

  • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

-Billboard Construction and Maintenance Supervision

-Supervise the actual construction/maintenance of billboard structures.

  • Ensure construction/maintenance is in accordance with engineering standards, structural plan, specifications.
  • Ensure the strict observance of safety standards by the field personnel.
  • Provide weekly construction update.
  • Provide annual billboard monitoring.

-Architectural and Structural Plan Drafting

  • Conduct initial billboard site inspection.
  • Draft initial architectural and structural plan of proposed billboard.

-Project Control Support

  • Prepare project estimate (quantity/labor/cost) based on approved plan.
  • Take charge in requisition of the construction/maintenance materials and the provisions needed by the team.

-Small Projects Supervision

  • Supervise the execution of the small project in accordance with engineering standards, specifications; ensuring the strict observance of safety standards by the personnel.
