About the role

Megaworld Corporation, a leading real estate developer in the Philippines, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Development Associate to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, development, and execution of our exciting real estate projects, contributing to the continued growth and success of our retail and property development portfolio.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of real estate development projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new development opportunities that align with Megaworld's strategic objectives
  3. Support the preparation of feasibility studies, project budgets, and financial projections for potential development projects
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and sales, to ensure seamless project execution
  5. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular updates to management
  6. Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, reports, and stakeholder communications

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field
  2. 2-4 years of experience in real estate development, project management, or a similar role
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and identify growth opportunities
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  5. Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Office suite
  6. Thorough understanding of the Philippine real estate market, regulations, and industry trends
