As an Account Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Help one of our sales people with item setup for Staples and Office Depot.
  • Help accounting with manual invoicing.
  • Generate reports from customer portals
  • Maintains and monitors the listing of accounts receivable/payable.
  • Process disbursement and journal voucher. Validate and ensure completeness of supporting documentations.
  • Investigates and resolves problems associated with processing of invoices and purchase orders.
  • Reconciles various accounts by identifying errors in posting or omissions by applying appropriate accounting standards adjustments.
  • Ensures strong control environment by upholding compliance standards, internal control and best practices.
  • Corresponds with vendors and maintains updated vendor files.
  • Tracks expenses, process expense reports, and prepares analyses of accounts.
  • Assist with monthly status reports, and monthly closings.
  • Reports directly and provides the necessary support to the Finance and Accounting Manager.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the department
  • Generation monthly report from Aries Financials -Trial Balance, General Ledger, Income Statement and Balance Sheet.
  • Prepare monthly Revenue and Expense Report
  • Prepare monthly Ageing Report of Receivables and PayablesALL other tasks related to the care of the patient within the scope of support

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance or related degree.
  • Preferably with BPO experience
  • CPA is a plus but not required
  • At least a year of solid working experience in the field
  • Knowledge of Accounts Receivable/Payable Procedures, reconciliations, payments, reports and etc.
  • Knowledgeable with accounting software (i.e. QuickBooks)
  • Can work under minimal supervision
  • Good communication skills
  • Can Start ASAP
  • Willing to work ONSITE in Taguig & on graveyard shift

  • Goal-oriented & can independent work, with minimum supervision.
  • Fast learner & willing to be constantly trained of new processes
  • Amenable to work on site with US schedule (PST/DST)
  • Amenable to work in a night and shifting schedule.
