Job Descriptions:
Cater to all clients, especially VIP guests and must give exceptional customer service
Responsible to carry on daily customer service operations of the property
Management of customer complaints in coordination with building engineer, property manager or concerned person
Maintain updated records of customer requests and complaints and its resolution
Point of contact for all the guests who seeks any type of information or assistance in the property premises
Develops a strong knowledge of the property facility and services
Organizes special functions as directed by management
Coordinates guest requests for special services and special needs or equipment with the appropriate department
Handles visitors/ guest complaints and solve problem to the degree possible
And all other duties and responsibilities which are not limited to these that may be assigned to you by the management.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree holder (4-years)
With at least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in Hotel operations or any related field
With good communication skills and can deal with different kinds of customers
Must have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Willing to be assigned in Property Management
Willing to be assigned in Pasay City
