We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Lenet. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and successfully delivering our diverse range of technology projects. In this key position, you will be directly responsible for the comprehensive management of project teams, ensuring seamless coordination, effective communication, and outstanding results.

Job Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure efficient resource utilization.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and successes to stakeholders regularly.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

Profile

Education:

Salary: PHP to 60,000 PHP plus monthly allowance

Years of experience: 5+ years of proven work experience as a project manager or a similar role

Location: Remote

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented and an attentive listener
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Familiar with ConnectWise Manage or ConnectWise Sell is a plus
  • Discretion and confidentiality when exposed to sensitive/ confidential information
  • Must be willing to work night shifts
