JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Supervise and oversee the effective implementation of LB Sales, marketing and technical support programs and directions including planning, organizing, leading and controlling LB operations. Recommend improvements on current sales strategies and programs aligned with current market demands, new market trends and monitor compliance of various tasks and other related activities essential to the overall performance and growth of business.
  • Supervise and closely monitor activities of LB product promotion program. Develop and recommend viable marketing programs and strategies that are practically essential to increase LB sales performance likewise Autoparts sales. Ensure to closely coordinate related various issues and properly establish vital problem solutions including improvement of systems processes.
  • Assist heads in developing an efficient and effective distribution and ordering system and current parts distribution system. Consistently monitor day-to-day activities of team members such as but not limited to return issues, PRD endorsements, shipment arrival inspections and other activities including reportorial tasks.
  • Assists heads and sales support organizations like billing, inventory and IDS in monitoring all customer inquiries relating to the aftermarket sales and free technical service programs such as but not limited to, price, discounts, delivery status, delivery lead time, stocks availability and other related concerns. Ensure to provide accurate data to be able to come up with effective decisions and problem solutions pertaining to customer inquiries and concerns.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • A college graduate preferably Engineering Courses: Chemical /Mechanical
  • Licensed engineer but not necessary
  • with work experience in automotive parts industry with research and previous experience as MT is an advantage but not necessary
  • has product knowledge in automotive parts
  • Proficient in oral, written communication, presentation skills, computer proficiency, analytical, customer service oriented, resourceful, leadership, pro-active and team player.
  • willing to work at Sta.Cruz Manila.
