QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering course
  • No prior experience needed; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly flexible and can work under pressure
  • Amenable to work at Taguig City

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversees day-to-day production activities such as dispensing, sack tipping, blending, and packaging and ensures all procedures are strictly implemented and followed by all production personnel.
  • Monitors production operators' performance. Provides the necessary support to ensure that each personnel are working productively.
  • Conducts regular production meetings with the respective production operators.
  • Monitors actual output versus the production schedule and reports delays or issues to the Plant Manager.
  • Prepares and releases Daily Production Schedule.
  • Assists the Plant Manager during regulatory audits and safety inspections.
  • Prepares monthly reports on KPI status and approved budget monitoring.
  • Reports any production-related issues to the Plant Manager.
