About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Associate to join the dynamic team at Cogentc Business Solutions Inc. As a Payroll Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our diverse client base. This full-time position is based in Makati City, Metro Manila, and offers the opportunity to grow your skills within a fast-paced, supportive environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Accurately calculating and processing employee payroll, including salaries, wages, deductions, and benefits
  2. Maintaining and updating employee payroll records and information
  3. Preparing and submitting payroll-related reports and filings in a timely manner
  4. Responding to employee inquiries and addressing payroll-related concerns
  5. Assisting with the implementation of payroll policies and procedures
  6. Collaborating with the finance and HR teams to ensure seamless payroll operations

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant experience in payroll processing, preferably in the accounting or finance industry
  2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations
  3. Proficiency in using payroll software and spreadsheet applications
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with employees
  5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  6. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
