Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Company Nurse to join our Support Services Group under the OSH Department. This role is crucial in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, providing first-line medical support, and promoting a healthy work environment. The successful candidate must be adaptable, proactive, and committed to delivering quality healthcare within a fast-paced BPO setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide immediate medical care and first aid treatment to employees as needed.
  • Monitor and assess employees' health status and recommend appropriate actions or referrals.
  • Support the implementation of occupational safety and health programs.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and reports.
  • Assist in health and wellness campaigns and other preventive health initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external health providers and manage clinic operations.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health standards and company policies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
