Duties and responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers through Facebook chat to answer inquiries and provide product recommendations.
  • Handle customer questions efficiently while promoting our products to drive sales conversions.
  • Build lasting relationships by delivering excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least high school, senior high school, or college graduate
  • College undergraduates are also welcome to apply
  • Excellent written communication skills, with a knack for sales and customer engagement.
  • Prior experience in chat support, e-commerce, or online sales is a plus.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle multiple chats at once while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
