Telesales Associate (Local Outbound Calls)

Job Summary:

Seller's Hub, Inc. is looking for a motivated and persuasive Telesales Associate who will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence in speaking over the phone, and proven sales experience to successfully convert calls into opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and introduce products/services.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and promos clearly and persuasively.
  • Answer customer inquiries and handle objections professionally.
  • Generate interest and secure potential sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate call logs, customer details, and feedback.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call/sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and lead nurturing.

Qualifications:

  • At least Senior High School graduate.
  • With proven sales experience (required).
  • Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or outbound calling is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills over the phone.
  • Confident in handling objections and closing sales.
  • Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

Important Note:

  • This is a pure Tagalog account. All outbound calls and customer interactions will be conducted in Tagalog.
