About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at ZC KINGS MANPOWER AND JANITORIAL SERVICES COOPERATIVE' in General Luna, Surigao del Norte. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are met
  2. Maintaining a neat and organised store environment, including stocking shelves, cleaning, and merchandising displays
  3. Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and debit payments
  4. Answering customer inquiries and addressing any concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  5. Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service
  3. Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment
  4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
  5. Willingness to learn and adapt to new products, policies, and procedures
