The Field Technical Support Engineer will assume a critical technical, organizational, and supervisory role on construction projects. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the entire project, from planning and execution to completion, ensuring that it adheres to all specifications and deadlines. The primary duties include:

  • Project Supervision: Oversee all aspects of the warehouse racking system project, including managing the site and directing staff to ensure high-quality work.
  • Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for all project-related communications, ensuring smooth and effective coordination between the team, contractors, and clients.
  • Material and Work Quality: Ensure that all materials used and work performed meet the required specifications and quality standards.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and manage the daily activities of the site staff, laborers, and subcontractors.
  • Site Management: Plan and organize the site activities to meet deadlines while maintaining efficiency and safety.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and any issues needing attention.
  • Problem-Solving: Address any unexpected technical challenges or operational issues that arise during the course of the project.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or with related field experience
  • With experience in Project Management or similar role
  • Strong organizational, communication and team management skills
  • Preferred but not required to have PRC License as Civil Engineer
