About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Accounting Supervisor to oversee our accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Monitor internal controls and recommend process improvements.
  • Coordinate with auditors, management, and other departments for financial matters.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate accounting staff performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA license or equivalent certification is an advantage.
  • At least 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and MS Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php50,000.00 per month
