This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM Central Time (1-hour unpaid break)
Total Weekly Hours: 40 Hours

Responsibilities

  • Transfer daily trade results from trading platforms into company spreadsheets.

  • Process client account submissions and record transfer forms accurately in spreadsheets.

  • Monitor data for patterns and promptly identify any discrepancies or irregularities.

  • Ensure zero-error accuracy in all data transfer and entry operations.

  • Maintain a consistent daily workflow to support active trading operations.

Requirements

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a zero-tolerance approach to errors.

  • Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial data entry.

  • Strong numerical aptitude and ability to interpret financial data.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to detect trends and anomalies in datasets.

  • Proficiency in spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Reliable and consistent availability during assigned working hours.
