PROJECT MANAGER Job Description

A construction project manager oversees and coordinates all aspects of construction projects, from initiation to execution and completion. They meticulously plan, direct and manage the project, ensuring it stays on budget and schedule. They also handle the preparation and review of project bids and the negotiation and management of subcontractor contracts.

Do note that a construction project manager manages the entire project, including a budget, schedule, subcontractor contracts and customer inquiries. In contrast, a construction manager focuses on on-site operations, ensuring construction quality, safety compliance and coordinating activities

Additional Requirements:

Licensed Architect, willing to work hands-on, has background in luxurious resorts and hotels, and very detail oriented.
