About the Role

Skyline Ceilings (under Gotesco Marketing Group) is expanding and taking on large commercial projects (malls, hotels, restaurants, premium interiors).

We are looking for a strong Project Manager who can confidently lead multiple projects from start to turnover, work with demanding clients, and coordinate technical teams to deliver high-quality results.

If you enjoy structure, planning, decisions, and ensuring everything runs smoothly — this role is for you.

This is not an admin role.

We need someone who can lead, communicate, and own the project from beginning to end.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Coordination

  • Create project timelines and ensure all phases are planned (procurement, production, installation, testing).
  • Coordinate with internal teams: design, production, installation, technical, purchasing.
  • Maintain clear structure and priorities for each project.

Client Communication

  • Serve as the main point of contact for commercial clients (big developers, hotels, architects, contractors).
  • Provide professional updates, manage expectations, and resolve issues calmly and clearly.
  • Attend site meetings and represent the company.

Installation Oversight

  • Schedule site works and manpower.
  • Ensure quality standards are followed by the technical team.
  • Coordinate site access, permits, safety compliance, and logistics.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Prepare daily/weekly project status reports.
  • Track materials, deliveries, and progress on site.
  • Identify risks early and resolve them before they escalate.

Budget & Documentation

  • Manage project expenses within approved budgets.
  • Ensure documentation, variation orders, and approvals are completed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3–5 years experience in Project Management in fit-out, construction, electrical, lighting, or interiors.
  • Strong communication skills — able to speak clearly to engineers, contractors, and high-level clients.
  • Ability to handle pressure, deadlines, and fast-paced environments.
  • Skilled in planning, problem solving, and decision making.
  • Experience managing site teams and coordinating multiple departments.
  • Knows how to create reports, timelines, and documentation.
  • Can visit project sites when needed.

Bonus (but not required):

  • Experience with mall projects (Ayala, SM, Robinsons & etc).
  • Understanding of basics in electrical or lighting systems.
  • Background working with architects or design firms.
