ACCOUNTANT
Location: Clark, Tarlac, Cebu, Manila

Shift: 7AM-4PM

Arrangement: Onsite, Full Time

Required Experience:
At least 3 years PH local accounting experience

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Daily processing of receivables bank accounts and monthly reconciliations.
• Daily processing of customer invoices.
• Handle incoming calls through the 3CX phone system from customers, suppliers, and internal team members, providing timely and professional support.
• Weekly debt collection - contacting customers via email and phone.
• Weekly debtors reports to the State Managers.
• Weekly review of lifts in storage.
• Management and prompt response of 3 x account mailboxes.

• Weekly payroll processing, including:

• setup of new employees

• maintaining payroll records

• Weekly cross check of debtors between simpro and xero.

• Weekly supplier reconciliations and prompt processing of all outstanding invoices.
• Month end reconciliations.
• General ledger maintenance and reconciliations.
• Recognising discrepancies and inconsistencies in accounts receivable records/payroll and solving them.
• Using your time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Cross-train with the Accounts Payable Officer to provide reasonable coverage during leave or peak workloads, ensuring continuity of the work of the accounts team.
• Adhoc duties as and when required.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years PH local accounting experience
• Client Facing / Client Management
• Professional 'can do' attitude
• Accounts payable experience
• Proficiency in word, excel and outlook
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads
• Self-starter with a strong focus on delivering high value results
• Can work unsupervised
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proven organisation and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
