As Regional Head of Category Management – APAC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Emma's product portfolio across a region generating approximately
€100M in revenues
.

What You'll Do

  • You will lead, grow, and develop a high-performing team of :5 colleagues, including category managers, product developers, and procurement managers.
  • You will take full ownership of the regional category strategy, ensuring successful product launches and long-term market growth.
  • You will work closely with the Director of Global Category Management to define and implement product strategies tailored to regional needs.
  • You will be a strategic driver of innovation, identifying opportunities to improve sleep through a differentiated product offering.
  • You will act as the bridge between product and commercial teams, leveraging insights and market knowledge to guide decisions.
  • You will champion industry analysis and customer understanding to inform Emma's roadmap and priorities in the region.

Who We're Looking For

  • You have 8 years of experience in Category Management, preferably in consumer goods or a fast-moving environment.
  • You have proven experience leading cross-functional, high-performing teams and managing complex projects at scale.
  • You are fluent in English and thrive in an international setting.
  • You bring a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy thinking outside the box to solve complex challenges.
