As of end-2022, FWD Life Philippines ranks 3rd and 6th in terms of Paid-up Capital(1) and New Business Annual Premium Equivalent(2), respectively.For more information, please visit 1 > Statistics > Life > 2022 > Based on Paid-Up Capital2 > Statistics > Life > 2022 > Based on New Business Annual Premium EquivalentWhat you'll be doingMaintain and establish good relationship with the bank partner to generate and increase more sales.Manage a team of financial solutions consultations (FSCs) to ensure delivery of hitting sales targets and other related business activities.Enhance the selling skills, hone talent and professional comprehension of each FSCs in the area through training and field work.Makes use of different managerial techniques to guide and establish FSCs potential to reach maximum growth.Conducts pocket briefings and trainings for the team members.What we're looking for*Flexible / Willing to be based in South LuzonA bachelor's degree graduateMinimum 3-to-5-year solid managerial sales experience in insurance or banking industryExcellent communication skills, highly energetic, creative and keen to details.Able to motivate, inspire and lead a team to deliver sales targets and achieve KPIs.Relationship management at middle and senior levels.Able to coach, train and develop both individuals and teams to improve their performance.Excellent communication and influencing skills at middle to senior levels in an organization,Excellent planning and execution of initiatives Strong problem solving and decision-making skill.Privacy NoticeYour privacy is a priority for FWD.
