About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Product Manager/Brand Manager to join our client's Ethical Division, specializing in the Cardio therapeutic area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing their cardiovascular brands, developing and implementing robust brand plans, and ensuring strong execution in collaboration with the sales and ethical team.

This is a mid-level, individual contributor role, requiring strong marketing expertise, leadership in brand building, and the agility to thrive in a multinational pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute strategic brand plans and marketing programs for cardiovascular
products.
● Create, implement, and evaluate marketing strategies and promotional campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
● Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and sales data reviews to identify growth
opportunities.
● Work closely with the Ethical Head (Sales) and cross-functional teams (Sales, Regulatory,
Medical Affairs, Supply Chain).
● Manage product lifecycle including launches, repositioning, and life-cycle management.
● Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and
industry networks.
● Ensure all marketing activities are compliant with ethical, medical, and regulatory standards.
● Drive commercial performance, ensuring achievement of brand sales and growth targets.
● Implement fieldwork programs to strengthen on-ground execution and engagement.

Qualifications:
● Experience: Minimum 10 years in Pharma Rx Marketing, including 5 years specializing in
Cardio or at least 5 years in a Product/Brand Manager role (must have Cardio experience).
● Multinational company experience is preferred
● Education: Bachelor's Degree
● A strong background in Cardio therapeutic area is required (Rx marketing).
● Proven success in brand building, strategy, and execution in a competitive market.
● Agile, proactive, and able to work independently as an individual contributor.
● Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
