The IT Infrastructure Project Lead is responsible for the coordinating and overseeing the delivery, installation and validation of IT Infrastructure components in support of the large-scale enterprise project. Reporting to the Project Manager, this role acts as the key technical liaison between internal stakeholders and expernal suppliers to ensure that infrastructure implementation aligns with the design requirements, project timelines, and compliance standards. The ideal candidate possesses a solid background in IT systems, hands-on project coordination experience, and the ability to manage cross-functional tasks in a fast-faced project environment.

  1. Serve as the on-site lead for all IT Infrastructure implementation activities.
  2. Coordinate with the internal teams and third-party suppliers to validate infrastructure scope and related components.
  3. Monitor delivery, installation, and configuration of servers, storage systems, network devices, and related components.
  4. Review and validate infrastructure acceptance through documentation, site inspections, and progress reporting.
  5. Track milestone accomplishments and support the preparation of technical and financial documentation for billing.
  6. Participate in coordination meetings and represent the infrastructure workstream to the Project Manager.
  7. Identify and escalate technical risks, non-conformances, or schedule impacts to the Project Manager.
  8. Assist in system testing, technical walkthroughs, and turnover documentation.
  9. ensure adherence to It standards, security policies and project requirements.
  10. Conduct quality assurance checks on the infrastructure components and activities to ensure compliance with the project specifications and standards.
  11. Performs other tasks that may be assigned.

Project Deployment: Ortigas, Pasig (Full on-site)

Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
