About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Net Pacific, Inc. as a Project Manager. In this full-time position based in Pasig City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Your strong project management skills and experience in the construction industry will be key to your success in this pivotal role.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and manage project plans, schedules and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within agreed parameters
  2. Liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities and resolve any issues that arise
  3. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks to keep projects on track
  4. Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, coaching and support as needed
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and company policies
  6. Prepare detailed status reports and presentations for management and clients
  7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficiencies

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years' experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
  2. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget
  3. Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations
  4. Excellent project management, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  5. Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with a range of stakeholders
  6. Ability to lead and motivate project teams to achieve shared goals
  7. Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
  8. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field
