Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines IMPACT Training & Consultancy Services Full time ₱400,000 - ₱600,000 per year

Sales:

  • Generate and research leads via phone, in-person, flyering, and trade events.
  • Pitch to merchant owners, follow up on contracts, and oversee onboarding.

Content and Onboarding:

  • Ensure completeness of merchant data and documents, encode information, and provide training on workflows and apps.
  • Update procedures knowledge, meet performance metrics, and coordinate with other departments.

Account Management:

  • Build strategic relationships with SMB partners, analyze and grow their business, offer additional services, and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records, stay updated on products, and conduct competitive analysis.

Performance Management:

  • Monitor and coach BDO performance, provide training, and conduct pitches for shadowing.

Client Management:

Lead client meetings, address project concerns, manage deadlines, and report on BDO performance.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate of any related course
  • Should be based in Metro Manila and familiar with nearby areas
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills required
  • Must be detail-oriented, presentable, creative thinker, a team player, and possess excellent communication skills
  • Has at least 2-4 years work experience specializing in Sales / Product Management/ Lead Generation
  • Has at least 1-3 years of supervisory experience
  • Amenable to do fieldwork and work onsite
