Work EnvironmentIn this role, you will work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), providing deep technical and industry expertise to a diverse range of public and private sector clients worldwide. These centers offer local skills and technical expertise to foster innovation and technology adoption. Your ResponsibilitiesDesign and deploy containerized applications on AWS, utilizing expertise in AWS components for Compute, Storage, Networking, and Monitoring.

Provision AWS infrastructure with a focus on cloud-native architecture and deployment models, ensuring seamless integration with DevOps toolchains. Maintain AWS certifications, with a strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code provisioning and sandbox environment setup. Apply knowledge of Storage, Compute, and Security Services to manage hybrid cloud environments, configure high availability/disaster recovery, and oversee Kubernetes clusters.

Manage application lifecycles, deployed clusters, and orchestration best practices using Kubernetes, Docker, and CRIO.Monitor SLA, service health, and key metrics, ensuring smooth integration with CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with Application Architects to select appropriate tools for performance, code quality, and coverage measurement, and define quality gates in CI/CD pipelines.
