Job description:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Performs load and route plan for the delivery requirement of the company's products
  • Perform regular end of day report on delivery and documentation completion.
  • Coordinates with team members on department's game plan
  • Processes shipping permits for carcass selling
  • Ensures timely reporting to identify any issues that may arise
  • Performs daily trucking monitoring report.
  • Performs field work in shipping lines for processing of documents for withdrawals
  • Makes a data summary with analytical presentation and updates the data from time to time

Job Qualification

  • Performs other functions as may be assigned on a temporary basis or permanently.

  • 1–2 years of experience in logistics, delivery coordination, shipping, or a related role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and ability to learn/use logistics/transportation management tools.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills to handle route planning, documentation, and reporting tasks.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with team members, drivers, and other departments.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced logistics environment.
