The Supervisor for the People and Culture Team is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the execution of projects and initiatives managed by the team. This role requires meticulous organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient workflow and support successful implementation of people-focused initiatives, including engagement activities, across the organization.

Responsibilities:

·      Track and coordinate tasks across multiple People and Culture projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines, deliverables, and objectives.

·      Facilitate regular communication between project team members, stakeholders, and the People and Culture leadership team.

·      Organize and schedule meetings, ensuring agendas, documentation, and follow-up actions are clearly managed.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather required data, track progress, and ensure transparency across project stages.

·      Monitor project milestones and proactively address potential issues, escalating to management as necessary.

·      Assist in preparing project reports, presentations, and documentation, providing clear and concise information on project status and outcomes.

·      Support People and Culture initiatives, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance project management processes and procedures.

·      Maintain project documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility to relevant stakeholders.
