Join our team as a Supply Chain Intern and gain hands-on experience in logistics and compliance operations. You'll assist with transport management, document handling, and compliance processes, all while learning the ins and outs of supply chain and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Transport Support: Assist in tracking shipments, ensuring timely arrivals, and maintaining accurate logistics reports. Collaborate with the team to address any transport-related issues.
- Document Handling: Help manage incoming and outgoing documents with service providers, and coordinate courier services.
- Compliance Assistance: Support compliance tasks, including follow-ups with ICC, DTI-BPS, NTC, and BPI. Assist in inspections and ensure all regulatory standards are met.
- Claims Monitoring: Track the progress of marine insurance claims and liaise with insurance companies.
- Billing & Records: Assist with managing supplier billing, document receipt, and safe record-keeping.
Skills You'll Develop:
- Data analysis for logistics decision-making
- Practical understanding of regulatory compliance
- Effective document management and reporting techniques
Work Setup:
- This role is fully on-site from Mondays to Fridays at our office in BGC, Taguig. However, the team is open to candidates who can commit to at least 3 days on-site per week.
