Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Staffs to join our team. The role will involve handling day-to-day accounting tasks such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, payroll processing, and ensuring accurate financial records.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions
  • Assist in payroll preparation and related reports
  • Check and update accounting records, vouchers, and ledgers
  • Help in monitoring bin cards and inventory records (if applicable)
  • Prepare basic financial reports and support audits when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any related course (or at least college level with relevant experience);
  • With at least 1 year of accounting experience (AR, AP, payroll, or related work);
  • Knowledge in MS Excel and accounting software is an advantage;
  • Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented;
  • Good organizational and communication skills;
  • Willing to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
