Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Event Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events that align with our brand and business goals. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates effectively, and delivers memorable experiences for clients and attendees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, from pre-event logistics to post-event evaluation
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage event timelines and documentation
  • Oversee on-site event setup, registration, and troubleshooting
  • Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and brand standards
  • Collect feedback and prepare post-event reports

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in event planning, coordination, or related roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with event management tools is a plus
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as needed
