About the Job:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled EDI Analyst - Mandarin to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of electronic data interchange (EDI) systems. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, creating mapping documents, and ensuring seamless integration between trading partners and internal systems.

Job Expectations:

  • Position Type: Experienced - Mid/Senior
  • Work Setup & Location: Onsite - IT Park, Cebu City
  • Work Schedule: Mondays - Fridays, Mid Shift

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in an EDI service center
  • Excellent Mandarin translation skills (written and verbal)
  • Conversational level Mandarin proficiency is required for translation tasks
  • Strong knowledge of software design and architecture principles
  • Hands-on experience with XML, JSON, and other scripting languages (a plus)
  • Intermediate knowledge of SQL or other query languages
  • Experience with Informatica systems is an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in diverse teams
  • Proven experience in end-user training and system deployment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Can start immediately if possible
  • Sponsorship is available for candidates without Australian work rights
