About the role

AUXILIA INC' is seeking a talented TDSX Sales* NON - VOICE ACCOUN* WITH SOB* WFH SETU - UP to join our team in Mandaue City Cebu. This full-time role will involve providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our valued clients from the comfort of your own home.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering and responding to customer inquiries, orders and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information about our products and services to customers
  • Proactively identifying and capitalising on sales opportunities to drive business growth
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all customer interactions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Continuously seeking ways to improve processes and streamline operations

What we're looking for

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a proven track record of delivering outstanding results
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs
  • Proficient in using various customer service and sales tools and technologies
  • A self-motivated and organised individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within the call centre or contact centre industry
